Jurgen Vreugdenhil
CEO
Jurgen is driven by projects focused on sustainability and creating healthy, productive working environments.
With 25 years of experience leading large-scale mobile network rollouts, he has built highly efficient teams and optimized processes, achieving some of the fastest and most successful deployments in the Netherlands. His expertise has since been applied in international markets. Now, at Montreal Solutions, he uses his skills to drive sustainability initiatives within the IoT solutions sector.
Richard Clark
CTO
Richard is dedicated to sustainability projects that reduce CO₂ emissions for a cleaner future.
Originally from the UK and based in the Netherlands for over 25 years, Richard has built an international career in mobile telecommunications and IoT architecture. With experience across transport and operator networks, he has led projects in mobile communication and IoT solutions. Richard now applies his expertise at Montreal Solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, particularly on two wheels.
Jelle Beek
Head of Operations
Jelle joined Montreal Solutions early in his career and has since grown into the role of Head of Operations.
He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, reliably, and to the highest standards. With a strong focus on process optimization and cross-team collaboration, he plays a key role in turning strategy into execution.
Driven by structure, quality, and continuous improvement, Jelle ensures that Montreal Solutions operates smoothly while supporting the company’s sustainable growth and long-term ambitions.
Oktay Atas
Field Engineer
Oktay plays a crucial role in the successful deployment of Montreal Solutions’ IoT solutions in the field.
As a Field Engineer, he is responsible for carrying out smaller yet essential installations and ensuring that systems are correctly set up and fully operational. His work is key to making sure data is captured accurately and flows reliably from the field into the platform.
With a strong hands-on mindset and attention to detail, Oktay helps guarantee the quality and continuity of data, forming a vital link between on-site operations and reliable insights at Montreal Solutions.
Fred Koeling
Sales Manager
Fred combines a background in finance with a deep passion for sustainability to help businesses make future-proof decisions.
He has supported a wide range of companies in assessing risk, evaluating investments, and making strategic choices—always aiming to balance cost, return, and long-term impact.
Fred believes real sustainability starts with insight: into data, technical possibilities, and what a business truly needs. With that foundation, he helps companies make smart decisions that reduce costs and boost both ecological and social value.

Through her own business, Created by Light, she specializes in creating impactful strategies and content that drive engagement and visibility.
